Mexico City Zócalo— the most iconic public square in the country — transforms into the home of the largest and most ambitious fan space at the FIFA World Cup 2026™.Mexico City's Zócalo — the country's most iconic public plaza — transforms into the Latin American heart of the FIFA World Cup 2026™. On the very ground where the Aztecs built Tenochtitlán, a new sacred space is rising: the sacred space of football.
For 39 consecutive days, the FIFA Fan Festival™ will be the main gathering point for local and international fans. A global celebration hub with free admission, open from the group stage all the way to the final.
